About my Mindful Dance Fitness Classes
All bodies can experience the Joy of Movement!
Classes are one hour long and include warmup, cardio, and cool down.
The moves are fun, safe and very low impact: no jumping or complicated turns. It’s roughly like a blend of dance, martial arts and yoga.
The music is inspiring world music you’ve probably never heard before. Refreshingly different from anything you’d hear in a gym.
All classes are online and in-person, simultaneously. You can join my virtual/in person community from anywhere.
