About My YouMove Classes
Every YouMove class provides a full hour of joyful, low-impact, whole body exercise designed for your unique body and soul.
The moves are fun, accessible, and safe: no jumps or pirouettes. The choreography is an invitation to sense, not a command to perform. About 15% of the class is free time for you to do anything you want.
The music is inspiring world music you’ve probably never heard before. Refreshingly different from anything you’d hear in a gym.
Every class includes time on the floor, where we move playfully, challenge our abs, and practice getting up and down.
All classes are online and in-person, simultaneously. You can join my virtual/in person community from anywhere.
Each year has a theme, and each class has a focus relating to the theme. All participants benefit from the focus of the day; regular attendees benefit from the theme of the year. Past themes:
