Hi! I teach mindful dance fitness classes that help you feel vibrant and build resilience.

Physical benefits include Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Stability, Strength and Stamina.

You will also have fun, feel great, laugh, and create a more positive relationship with your body.

My classes are especially good for people who are noticing the changes that come with age. By attending my classes regularly, you can experience what I call “vibrant aging.”

You don’t have to be a good dancer to benefit from my classes. If you can move at all, you will benefit.

My classes are live in person and live on Zoom at the same time. See schedule. Participate on Zoom from anywhere. Dance with me in person in my West Sonoma County, California studio.
