Hi! I teach dance fitness classes that help you build resilience.

Physical benefits include the six sensations of fitness: Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Stability, Strength and Stamina.

You will also get a huge mood boost, and greater mindfulness.

My classes help you “be here now,” immersing yourself in the present moment. Being fully present is mindfulness - a cornerstone of resilience.

You don’t have to be a good dancer to benefit from my classes. If you can move at all, you get all the benefits.

My classes are in person and on Zoom at the same time. See current schedule. My in person classes are located in Occidental, California. Zoom is wherever you are.
